"As someone who's practically glued to anything creative I could get my hands on I was delighted to see the opportunity to teach what I've learned to eager artists. Presently, I'm an animation student at ArtCenter College of Design, pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Entertainment Design with a minor in creative writing. Providing me with training, from industry professionals, in illustration, anatomy, composition, animation, lighting, and perspective. In addition to a proficiency with all industry standard tools and giving critique professionally. I've completed further coursework with Brainstorm School and CalArts Extended Studies. Which has solidified my foundational drawing. And my advanced placement art class has provided me with the materials I needed to become conversant with practically every traditional art medium. Furthermore, I am happy to share my strategies for designing in a fast paced environment, something I've become familiar with as a director in my school-sponsored 48-hour animated film challenges.

Outside of school you can find me back in the classroom, or afterschool program, where I work as an art teacher. Giving me invaluable experience in making sure the source material is understood and engaging, teaching students of all ages, and lesson planning. And have experience doing so with an array of subjects as I've previously worked as a STEM instructor and camp counselor. Where I've taught everything from building motorized cars with Legos to how to shoot a bow and arrow.
