"I have been an educator for eight years, currently teaching chemistry in Glendale, AZ. I have taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, Biology and Chemistry (Regular, Honors, and AP) at the middle and high school levels. I love connecting with students and helping them find their confidence in math and science. I pride myself on being able to explain these concepts well, and create an enjoyable learning experience for students. My favorite part of teaching is when a concept finally clicks for a student and they feel pride! I believe that students learn best when they know their teacher is invested in them. Therefore, I prioritize making connections with my students and tailoring the experience for each of them.

I have experience with students with anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as other mood disorders. I have spent the past months of the pandemic assisting students via zoom, and I feel very comfortable in my ability to connect with students and teach effectively virtually.
