"With experiences as a college advisor, museum professional, English teacher, and archaeologist, I bring a range of passions to tutoring. As an undergraduate, I studied classical archaeology and religious studies and took coursework in education, English, history, art history, and, of course, Classics, archaeology, and religion. While I was a student, I tutored English and participated weekly in a speech and debate organization. In the summers, I worked on an archaeological excavation project in Israel and taught at a debate program in China.

Currently, I work at a small museum in New York researching ancient Greek coins. After university, I lived for two years in what’s now called North Macedonia with the US Peace Corps in their education sector. In addition to teaching, I hosted a number of summer camps, after-school programs, and individualized tutoring sessions. After Peace Corps, I advised students at several CUNY colleges around New York and at Ithaca College in one-on-one mentoring sessions on topics of career planning, course preparation, and financial aid.
