"I have experience working with students of all ages — elementary all the way through graduate levels. I am able to teach complex grammar rules, creative/persuasive/informational writing, spelling, and reading comprehension. I graduated from Asbury University in May 2022 with a BS in English Education. Starting August 2022, I just earned my master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) in May 2024. I have worked in elementary, middle, and high schools. I once worked at Asbury University assisting college students with different kinds of writing assignments as well. I have also taught freshman composition at the University of Arizona.

The most satisfying part about tutoring students is seeing progress. I have a critical eye when it comes to organization, flow, transition, and good vs. bad content. Because I am an English AND an Education major, I have been exposed to a variety of literature and different teaching styles.
