"Working with students is one of the most rewarding jobs that anyone can do. I strive to be a valuable stakeholder in the education of next generation. I have 6 years of teaching and tutoring experience across the four core academic subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies) with my degree from Arizona state university being a history degree.

The majority of my experience comes from teaching in the classroom between 2021 and 2024. I am a certified social studies teacher in the states of Arizona and Florida as well as having a Structured English Immersion endorsement from the state of Arizona. Aside from this, I was a National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholar in the year 2018 and have a thorough understanding of standardized tests and college entrance exams.

In the secondary setting I have taught: History, English as a second language, English Language Arts and technology and media. In the adult corrections education environment, I have taught both the Test of Adult Basic Education and GED. Outside of the classroom I have been an online test prep and algebra tutor for an additional 3 years. Although I have a bias towards math and social studies tutoring, I do tutor all subjects at the secondary (6-12) level.
