"I have mentored and taught students in elementary school, middle school, high school, college, and graduate school. I was originally trained as a tutor at UC San Diego in the Analytical Writing Program. Inspired to teach, I volunteered as an instructional assistant and curriculum consultant at several public schools before graduating with my degree in Human Developmental Sciences and pursuing my Master's degree in Education as well as my teaching credential. Now that I have completed my Master's degree, I am excited to redefine my tutoring business as an executive functioning and writing coach.

I am passionate about supporting students with challenging projects, such as collegiate writing, balancing AP coursework, or submitting medical school applications. I specialize in academic, argumentative, and personal statement writing, but I am trained to teach reading and writing at any skill level. I am especially passionate about working with students who have faced challenges in their educational journeys, especially students with disabilities, as I am a person with disabilities myself. In addition to writing skills, I can teach study skills, executive functioning skills, time management skills, and self-advocacy skills.
