"I have taught at the college level for 17 years previously, and have done STEM outreach for K-12 students for many years. I hold a Bachelor's in Biology from Purdue, a Master's in Microbiology from U of Hawaii, and pursued Doctoral work at Arizona State University.

My tutoring approach begins with us learning a little about each other and working together to define the goals you would like to reach. You will find me easy-going, humorous, and creative in my approach. My tutoring is prescriptive; not all students learn at the same pace, and many times they acquire information at different rates, depending on the format or methodology. This is something that we can investigate and refine together, for your individual case and to garner the most progress!
