"Hello, my name is DeAndre H. I am an experience software developer/programmer of approximately 18+ years specializing in frontend and backend development of military applications. I've also worked in the private sector as a contractor for NASA at Wallops Island, VA and also for Zel Technologies LLC in Hampton, VA.

Over my 29 year military service history, I have worked as a Project Manager, Personnel Systems Manager, and currently assigned as an Operation Research Analyst specializing in data analytics. During my tenure, I've built entire Human Resource Applications which include job application processing, benefits management, employee career management, and numerous automation routines to maximize work efficiency.

Working in a control environment such as the military, it has forced me to think outside of the box to resolve problems. Being a staple in the government sector, Microsoft Office applications, namely, Excel are often used to perform routine office automations for analytics and reporting. This is a specialty of mine which I could teach any willing student. I am highly motivate to help student advance in their education.

I normally combine other Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Access and MS SQL since they are readily available to most companies. I have built application using Microsoft Access VBA and MS SQL over 15 years ago which are still running today with minimal application maintenance.
