"I have been a tutor for almost 4 years now. I graduated recently and use this revenue to pay the bills while I am working an unpaid internship. I have worked with students of all ages, though most of my time has been with students in Middle school or older. I am proud of my tutoring resume and have many students who will vouch for me. The aspect of tutoring I enjoy most is helping students find confidence in fields of Math. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Statistics from Cal Poly.

I grew up enjoying all areas of Math. I learn foundationally, using basic information to build to a greater understanding. For this reason, I think Algebra and Pre-Algebra are extremely important to achieve true knowledge. I am good at helping a student realize that the problems they are working on are not impossible, making sure they use all available tools they have been given. As I got older, I learned more about Statistics/Probability and found it very interesting. I enjoy using data to inform decisions and find questions about probability intriguing. I am good at breaking down seemingly difficult problems into simple components to find an answer.
