"I am a recent graduate from The Ohio State University with degrees in neuroscience and psychology on a pre-med and pre-PhD track. I am currently taking a gap year while pursuing research and working on a pending publication. I have always been a high-performing student passionate about math and the sciences. I scored a perfect score on the Math section of the ACT, graduated valedictorian at my high school, and graduated summa cum laude from OSU. I have been a tutor for almost a decade and have worked with learners from elementary school to college levels. Although I have tutored in a range of subjects, I focus on pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, biology, neuroscience, and psychology.

As a neuroscience major, I have studied many methods of learning and apply that knowledge to tutoring. I realize that each student has a way that he or she learns best, and I work to adjust my tutoring methods to tailor that need. The result is an intensive yet personalized tutoring experience that is completely interactive and never feels like just sitting in on a lecture. I am creative in the way that I approach teaching and am able relay complex and heavy subject matter in a clear and concise manner.
