"Hello, everyone! My name is Dara H., and I am so excited to help your student achieve their top academic potential!

I have been teaching and tutoring online for over 6 years, 5 of which have been through my own business. I was also the children's ministries director at my former church. Prior to that, I taught with a national tutoring company. I graduated summa cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in communication, a concentration in public relations, and a minor in psychology. I have taught or tutored for most of the past four and a half years, all of which (excepting my role at my church) I have done online.

I have extensive experience planning, reviewing, and writing curriculum. I am confident and comfortable with online education. Not to mention, I was a homeschool student until I went to college! I consider at-home learning my area of expertise, and I want to make it your child’s too!

When I am not working, I love to explore, make art, and get messy with my two children. I also enjoy my garden, reading mystery novels, and being around any kind of water.

I received a perfect score on my English portion of the ACT, I have a major in communication, and I have tutored ESL and all major subjects for about 6 years.
