My teaching method is based on the "Communication" methodology favored by Spain's Cervantes Institute. I have gone beyond a mere grammar-based approach to language teaching by creating a unique study plan for you that allows me to follow and assess your progress. To reinforce your learning I have access to many resources to keep you engaged and focused in your online classes.

Learning a language is also learning about culture, traditions, gastronomy. I love sharing my Latin culture! It is very gratifying to see my students improve and overcome their obstacles in learning Spanish as a second language.

I have taught Spanish in Ecuador for more than 10 years. I have worked with individual students and in small groups from all over the world. My focus on teaching students to communicate in Spanish will get you confident in using your new language skills in everyday situations as you learn relevant vocabulary and usage, at whatever level you are at.

I also offer Conversational Medical Spanish for A2-B1 students. In these classes, we role-play doctor-patient scenarios together, practice medical vocabulary, dialogues, and patient cases from different specialties. This interactive approach helps students gain confidence in real-life medical conversations.
