"Hi, I’m Samali! I’m an undergraduate at Emory University on the pre-medical track, double majoring in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology & Psychology with a focus on Child Development. I’m actively involved in multiple research labs, which keeps me at the forefront of scientific thinking and practical problem-solving.

I’ve been passionate about tutoring since middle school, starting as a teaching assistant and expanding to tutor math (up to Pre-calculus) and science subjects including Biology and Chemistry. My experience includes paid, volunteer, and course credit tutoring. I also served as a Committee Member and Mentor for Emory University’s Science Health and Diversity Program, funded by the Winship Cancer Institute, where I guided middle school students in science and math.

My tutoring style focuses on deepening understanding and building strong test-taking strategies so students can approach exams with confidence and achieve their best scores. Beyond STEM, I’m a strong writer and enjoy helping students sharpen their writing skills—especially for college applications, resumes, and essays—highlighting their unique strengths and stories.
