I was Appointed by Office of General Counsel, US Department of Defense as Counsel to the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, New Orleans, to support the administration of construction and repair contracts at selected shipyards with combined values in excess of two billion dollars regulated by FAR and DFARs with Secret security clearance (1985)

I Served on a prosecutorial team with U.S. Attorney’s Office, FBI, NCIS and IRS to indict individuals and defense contractors engaged in contract fraud. I served in an executive, judicial and legislative capacity with a political subdivision employing over sixty civil service personnel, including law enforcement officers, and directed projects pertaining to municipal law, civil service, law enforcement, expropriation and political reorganization.

As an educator, in addition to many years as a corporate and government trainer, I have over seven years coaching athletic teams, up to and including school level, and officiating at the collegiate level. More recently, for the past three years, I have successfully instructed under long term assignments, and various subject areas for a local school district.
