"Hello! I’m Anna. I’ve been a classroom educator and private tutor for almost 20 years. I have my Bachelor’s in foreign language, specifically Spanish, from New Mexico State University, and a Master’s of Educational Administration from the University of North Texas. I’ve worked in classrooms from 2nd to 6th grades as a public school teacher, and as an adult educator doing English as a Second Language classes. I currently work with special education students doing dyslexia classes. In private tutoring, I’ve worked with students of all ages. The student I am most proud to have helped started tutoring with me in 5th grade, and is now a student at university!

I do my best to focus on any skills students need to find success, but still keep student interest high by keeping their interests in mind. I can do anything from homework help, guided corrections for any work sent home by classroom teachers, or lessons I design individually for each student.
