My favorite topics are to tutor biology and Algebra 1 and 2. I also work well with neurodivergent students who need an Executive Function Coach. I teach with a lot of love and kindness for my students. A lot of my students would describe me as fun, kind, and giving. The parents of my students would call me positive, transparent, and understanding. I work best with students that find the subjects challenging and are looking for a way to learn that is less stressful and more geared towards them as an individual.

With over five years of passionate tutoring experience and two years of teaching remotely due to the pandemic, I am well equipped to teach virtually.

A fun fact about me is that I have been a diabetes researcher and scientist. I hold a master's degree in Molecular, Cellular, Integrative Physiology, and thus I bring a wealth of knowledge in not just science and math but also in project organization and meeting critical deadlines.

Having served as both a tutor and the director of a private tutoring company in Marin County, working with some of the most prestigious private schools, I have honed my teaching skills to cater to diverse learning styles. My teaching style is rooted in kindness, patience, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges that each student may face. I believe that creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment is key to helping students reach their full potential.
