"I’m Steve: I completed an MBA in Finance from Columbia University in New York after graduating magna cum laude from Queens College with a degree in economics.

I am very training oriented, and one of my earlier positions was at the Chase Bank in New York where I was responsible for the training and development of twenty corporate lending officer trainees- graduates from top colleges -into competent Chase commercial bankers.

I have successfully mentored over 15 students and working professionals through Wyzant and am also coaching six students that have been sent to me by two MBA programs, including the Columbia MBA program, and two business colleges. I completed a 12 page Job Search Manual which I use with students- one of the colleges I work with has put it up on their mentor website.

I am charging the lowest amount that Wyzant permits- I am doing this work for the satisfaction that comes from helping young people achieve their goals.

I am also working with adults in helping them make career changes, as well as high school students in helping them with their study habits and character education, such as helping them become more self-responsible and self-disciplined, as well as helping them get better organized and develop better habits.

I am very knowledgeable about the world of business, as well as the character traits and habits that must be developed in order to be successful in business.

I am a retired businessman living in West Hollywood, Ca. I closed on over $ 1.6 billion of loans running my own real estate investment banking firm here in LA. I also worked for 10 years as a corporate bank lending officer at the Chase Bank in New York and Security Pacific Bank here in LA before starting my own financing company.
