"I am a certified teacher of ESL, have 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher and tutor, and have taught or tutored all ages from pre-kindergarten through college, as well as adults. I have taught and tutored reading, listening, speaking, academic writing, preparation for the ACT and TOEFL, as well as conversation, business English, and interview preparation. I have the most experience teaching speakers of Arabic and Korean, but have also taught or tutored students from Japan, China, Vietnam, India, Israel, Germany, Eritrea, and many Central and South American countries.

I don't claim to be an entertainer, but I strive to make my lessons as useful, relevant, and interesting as I can. As a teacher, I do not merely provide information, but use proven methods to make lessons understandable and memorable.
