"I started chess in middle school but quickly fell in love with the game. It allowed me to have opportunities such as traveling, competing and learning leadership. I believe sharing these opportunities with others is important.

I have a USCF rating of 2076. I have 4 years of experience in teaching chess both privately and in classrooms. I am a passionate chess player who got into teaching because I believe chess can help all people. It teaches values of patience, problem solving and expands the mind. My current chess rating is at an expert level but I am currently training to become a master. I have experience with private lessons as well as teaching in a classroom setting. I am looking for passionate learners!
