"I'm Aishu, a fellow Austinite! Having graduated from LASA High School and The University of Texas at Dallas with my Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, I've discovered my love for teaching students and passing knowledge forward. In college, I worked with AVID students in Richardson ISD on a weekly basis to not only help them in school but also increase their standardized exam scores, build their resumes, and identify internship opportunities.

As a focused professional deeply invested in student’s learning, I strongly believe in learning the concept rather than simply memorizing the process of completing a question. My elemental philosophy is deeply rooted in teaching the problem-solving process, which will better equip the student to decipher more complex problems in the future. With a genuine interest in sharing knowledge, I hope to work with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses to achieve their desired goals.
