"I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education with certification to teach Early Childhood through 6th Grade. For the past eight years, I’ve taught in public school settings, primarily working with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students. My instructional experience spans all core subjects—Math, English/Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies—with a particular emphasis on upper elementary Math. I am deeply familiar with grade-level standards and learning objectives and take pride in helping students build strong academic foundations and develop a love for learning.

In addition to classroom teaching, I’ve served as a team leader for two years, collaborating with colleagues to align instruction, mentor new teachers, and support school-wide initiatives. I was honored to receive the STAR Polisher Award, a recognition given to educators who go above and beyond to support student growth and foster a positive school environment. I’ve also worked with students one-on-one and in small groups for intervention and tutoring, using individualized strategies to boost comprehension, engagement, and confidence. My approach is structured, supportive, and adaptable to each learner’s unique needs.
