"I hold a Bachelor’s of Education in Music from Wittenberg University and spent nearly a decade teaching in a classroom setting as a general music educator. From 2015 to 2024, I worked with students from kindergarten through 8th grade, designing engaging lessons that combined clear instruction with hands-on learning. My teaching approach has always focused on patience, encouragement, and adaptability—meeting each student at their current level and helping them build both skills and confidence.

Beyond the classroom, I have experience working one-on-one with students to reinforce key concepts, prepare for performances, improve study habits, and strengthen problem-solving skills. I understand that every learner has a unique style, so I tailor my lessons to suit individual needs, whether that means breaking down complex ideas into smaller steps, using creative examples, or incorporating a student’s interests into the material.
