"My name is David. I have had a distinguished career in both the fields of education and training. I’ve served as the Senior Director of Education for a large medical (radiology) association; Training Director of a world-wide aviation support corporation; Vice President of a federal training development consulting firm; Senior Education Specialist with the US Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education and Region IV Branch Chief with the US Office of Indian Education; and, Regional Principal of Adult Schools for the Commonwealth of Virginia. I’ve also served as a public elementary school teacher (math in grades 4-6) for thirteen years; principal of a public middle school (grades 5-8); and, founder and principal of a private junior-senior high school for emotionally troubled youth.

I have been recognized as a writer (seven books including Kline’s Crews available on-line), pen & ink artist and wood sculptor. Over a million and a half copies of government and military pamphlets, booklets, flyers, posters and instructional materials I've conceived and authored or designed have been published and distributed. I've also been a highly successful on-line tutor for nearly two years.
