"After teaching in California for over 20 years, I have retired from classroom teaching. The great thing is, I can still reach students by tutoring those who need help. Maybe it will be your son or daughter!

I have taught reading and phonics (my specialties), math, social studies and science to first graders for 16 years. During my career I have also taught kindergarten, second, fifth and eighth grades, as well as English as A Second Language to Community College students. I am in my eighth year of tutoring on Wyzant's platform and have been acknowledged for being a Top 10% Tutor for 2020.
