"Hi! I have been teaching/tutoring since 2008! I have experience teaching grades K-6 as a general education classroom teacher and a resource room teacher. I also have experience tutoring students in grades K-12 in all subjects. In addition to a bachelor’s and master’s degree, I have training in reading recovery, STEM education, and a variety of other reading and math intervention techniques.

I have had the opportunity to help learners of all types succeed in a variety ways! It is a passion of mine to see young minds develop a love for learning. I have had the privilege of tutoring some families from elementary school through high school. Some of my students have gone from struggling students with individualized education plans to honors students and leaders in their school, inducted into the National Honor Society. I am most proud of the students that previously disliked the subjects in which they struggle, grow to enjoy them.
