I hold a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto, with a minor in Spanish. My academic training supports evidence-based approaches to learning, reading development, language acquisition, and student motivation. Teaching & Tutoring Experience

I have 6+ years of combined teaching and tutoring experience across middle school, online ESL, and adult education contexts.

Middle School (Grades 6–8):

Served as an 8th Grade English Language Arts instructor, teaching reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and literary analysis in a classroom setting. I also delivered targeted reading intervention, implementing the Corrective Reading program and supporting struggling readers with structured, skill-based instruction.
