"Hi, I’m Zakia! I graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile Justice. Over the years, I've discovered a profound passion for tutoring elementary students in math, reading & science. My passion stemmed at an early age grading papers & tutoring students for my nana who was an elementary school teacher for more than 35 years. My senior year in a high school I worked with the Boys & Girls Club tutoring kids in Kinder through 4th grade in Math, Reading & Science. Once in college I obtained a work study position with the America Reads program tutoring youth in the community schools who needed further assistance. Now I tutoring kids all over the world !
