"I have been in education for over a decade now. Ever since high school where I worked in our school's daycare, I have had a passion for teaching and bettering students and people's lives through learning. I am currently in my 6th year teaching third grade which ranged from 8 and 9 years olds. I have also taught summer school to 4th and 5th graders. I also currently lead a summer camp program for an adventure camp where we learn through doing and participating with hands-on activities. As well as currently being involved in teacher adult education at night twice a week for a year!

I have a Bachelor's degree in elementary education that supports k-6th grades. As well as a degree in Master of Arts in English Language Learning which focuses on how we learn language, where the English language comes from and the many sub elements of language. As well as this, I just earned the LEEA (Leadership in Educational Excellence Award) award for my school district.
