"I am a Ph.D. student in Middle Eastern and North African Studies, focusing on Linguistics of Middle Eastern Languages at the University of Arizona. I have been studying Arabic, including Modern Standard (MSA) and Classical, for about 10 years.

In 2013, I earned an ESL certificate from the SIT Graduate Institute, providing credentials to teach English to adult second/foreign language learners. In 2016, I earned a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Modern Foreign Language Education (Arabic) from Boston University, providing credentials to teach Arabic to middle and high school students. Since 2013, I have worked as an ESL teacher for young adults, a Math teacher for children, an Arabic teacher for middle and high school students, and a private tutor for a wide range of subjects.

Regarding my Art credentials, I attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) for a year before transferring to Bard College in order live closer to home and pursue Arabic studies.
