"Hello. I graduated from the University of Florida in only 3 years at the top of my class with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Education. I earned my Master's degree in School Counseling at Florida Atlantic University. During graduate school I began tutoring math. I became a math teacher since few school counseling jobs were available at the time that I graduated.

Most of my background is tutoring and teaching mathematics grades 6-12 as well as college level math classes. I also provide standardized test tutoring for the SAT, ACT, GRE, ASVAB, TEAS, and more.

I really enjoy working one on one as it allows me to really get to understand my student’s strengths and weaknesses. I think it is important to have a strong rapport with each of my students, as this ensures a long term tutoring relationship. I work with my students for many years, and it makes me happy to see them successful in college and in their career. Tutoring is a very rewarding profession.

I have over 18 years of one on one tutoring experience. Most of my students are ages 10-18. I taught middle and high school math in the classroom for over 12 years. I left the classroom so I could tutor one on one full time as I really enjoy the one on one aspect of private tutoring.
