"My name is Srimayi, and I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Medical Sciences and minoring in Integrative Health and Wellness. I am an incoming medical student with a deep passion for science and a strong interest in education, particularly teaching English and Math. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts and helping students build confidence in their learning through clear explanations and thoughtful practice.

I have extensive tutoring experience through Outreach360 and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. With Outreach360, I served as an English and Science tutor, teaching elementary school students in groups of 5–10 and covering foundational topics, including various human body systems. At Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, I volunteered with the Center for School Services, where I provided one-on-one tutoring to students ranging from age three through high school, teaching subjects from basic shapes to advanced chemistry. In total, I spent one year with Outreach360 and nine months tutoring at Cincinnati Children’s.

Throughout my academic and tutoring experiences, I have come to value practice and visualization as essential components of learning. I believe that working through varied practice questions helps solidify understanding, while visual tools—such as drawing and writing concepts out step by step—make material more accessible.
