"Hi! My name is Rachel and I have worked as a high school English teacher for 6 years now. My passion for reading and writing led me to pursue a Bachelors degree in Poetry and English Studies from Columbia College. While obtaining my Masters in Writing, I was an adjunct professor at The University of Montana and later went on to teacher at Strayer University.

My favorite part of teaching is witnessing students' "a-ha!" lightbulb moment when the material starts to make sense or come together. I love helping students meet their writing goals, whatever they might be. As your tutor, I will listen to your needs as we take on the work together.
