"Hi, I’m Megan! I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English from Point Park University. After graduation, I pursued my M.A. in Communication Technology from Point Park as well. Throughout my time spent at Point Park, I learned many lessons beyond the books! Two things that I like to tell students are:

• Extend grace and kindness to everyone. You don’t know what someone else is going through.

• Perfection is never achievable, but progress always is.

Students often struggle thinking that they must have perfect grades and test scores. However, many forget the important part of learning: the journey. Learning is a journey that always has new things to offer. You are never too old to learn something new! I strive to help students become better versions of themselves. I find it important to introduce material in a creative way and then teaching it on an age-appropriate and grade-appropriate level.

I work with all ages in English, Writing, Career Help, and Student Success (Study Skills). I also have experience in Bible Studies.

I am strictly an online tutor and currently do not offer in-person tutoring due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I welcome any suggestions that parents or guardians may have when it comes to strategizing how to best help their child learn. I typically require a 24-hour session cancelation notice.
