"Hello! My name is Noelle, and I am dedicated to helping students excel. Over the past decade as a classroom teacher in the public school system as a cooperative school tutor, I’ve guided hundreds of students to succeed in the classroom and on standardized tests. As a high school student, I managed to “crack the code” of the SAT and achieved a perfect score on the verbal segment. Many students have benefited from my instruction in preparation for this component of the test. As a poet and fiction writer, I am an English enthusiast and will gladly provide skilled instruction in any aspect of ELA–whether it’s exam preparation or daily homework support.

I earned a B.A. from the University of Dallas and am finishing my Master’s Degree in English through the MFA program at Butler University, with a concentration in poetry. I have raised seven children who are currently attending kindergarten through college. I have an aptitude for working with children and teens–we develop a rapport easily and work well together. I communicate concepts clearly and engage my students with lessons that fit their needs and interests.
