My professional background stems across public accounting and transaction advisory services at the Big 4, restructuring/bankruptcy advisory, special situations M&A, healthy M&A and private equity investing. I have developed an advanced understanding of financial accounting, managerial accounting, financial statement analysis and building out complex, dynamic three-statement financial projections. I can provide insight into how to properly navigate and master Microsoft Excel, as well as more advanced big data analytics through PowerBI.

I've served as a mentor to new hires out of college and have been actively overseeing and training those directly reporting to me. Within my experience in restructuring, I've identified the causes of business failure for distressed companies and served in fiduciary roles such as Interim CFO for several companies generating $100M+ in annual revenues.
