I was a general chemistry teaching assistant (TA) for 3.5 years, and was also a TA for biology and anatomy and physiology for 2.5 years. As a TA, I gained a lot of experience working one on one with students and finding different ways to explain things in a way that is easy for them to understand. I am a strong believer that if you understand the logic and basics behind the rules of chemistry and biology, you won't need to memorize because you'll be able to apply your understanding of the content. That being said, I also have many mnemonics and fun ways to remember things to share.
I also have 7+ years of tutoring classmates and underclassmen, both in person and online (for the past 3 years). I have tutored both high school (anatomy and physiology, general chemistry) and college students (in all three courses) and am able to adapt to any incoming level of knowledge. I look forward to helping you succeed and thrive!" less...
