"I am a retired high school math teacher with 25 years experience. I graduated with a BS from NC State University in Pulp and Paper Science and Technology and with a MS from Texas A&M - Commerce in Higher Education Teaching (Math emphasis). I began teaching Science in a small school district in Texas and was the only High School science teacher. So my first 10 years in education were spent teaching Biology, Chemistry, IPC, and Physics. I also taught Algebra 1 when needed. After earning my Master's degree, I began teaching dual credit mathematics, also.

In 2010, I began teaching at an Early College High School and switched to mathematics only. I have experience teaching Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, PreCalculus and Statistics. I have taught dual credit classes in College Algebra, Trigonometry, PreCalculus, Statistics and Business Calculus.

My 25 years experience teaching all kinds of math to a diverse group of students with various ability levels helps me to understand what you need to be successful in your math classes.
