"Hi! My name is Mike. I love math and I love sharing it with others. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and spent time working in banking before I made the switch to education. I began my education career as a high school math interventionist providing one-on-one help with students that were struggling with math concepts ranging from Algebra to Calculus. I am certified by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to teach Mathematics and Business from grades 5 through 12.

I have taught in the classroom at both the middle school and high school levels. Some of the courses I have taught include Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, College Algebra, and AP Calculus.

I believe that every student is unique and my tutoring approach is tailored to each student's learning style and goals. I can work with your current teacher's curriculum if you would like to meet on a recurring basis, or if you have a test coming up and you want to meet just one time to work through a study guide, I am happy to do that too.

I understand that you have a busy schedule, so I offer tutoring sessions in the afternoons after school as well as on the weekend.
