"I am a recently retired high school science teacher. I taught at various private high schools in the LA area for the last 31 years, and often tutored students throughout my career. My undergraduate degree is from Harvey Mudd College, and I also received a Master's degree from UC Santa Barbara. I focused on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, so I am very comfortable with Biology and Chemistry.

The subjects I taught include Honors Chemistry, AP Biology, and Anatomy and Physiology, along with regular Biology and Chemistry.

I especially enjoy tutoring all levels of Chemistry, as well as AP Biology. Problem solving with students is my favorite approach, and I have helped countless high school students find success. I am also very familiar with the AP Biology program, and was a reader for many years. Chemistry and Biology are my passions, but I can also help with Algebra 1 and 2, as well as Geometry.
