"Hi everyone, I’m a licensed high school math teacher with 16 years of experience, and I am currently teaching at a local High School. I have taught Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-calc, and Probability & Statistics at the honors and non-honors level. I have a deep understanding of the standards that students are expected to learn, as well as a vast library of resources to draw from that I have created over the years. I also have years of experience teaching in collab classes with special needs students. I also teach video game programming and produce electronic music, which I use to show students fun, real-world applications of math.

I specialize in helping students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged finally understand math in a clear, confidence-building way. Math anxiety is an extremely common roadblock to success, and identifying and reducing it is an important part of my teaching method.
