"I hold a degree in Pre-Med Biology and a state teaching certification for grades 6 through 12, which has allowed me to teach a wide range of science courses over the past six years. During that time, I’ve taught General Biology, Honors Biology, AP Biology, Earth/Space Science, and AP Environmental Science in a traditional classroom setting. My experience spans working with middle and high school students from diverse academic backgrounds, including those preparing for rigorous AP exams and students who benefit from more foundational, skill-building instruction. I’m confident in breaking down complex concepts into approachable, digestible parts and helping students make real-world connections to the content.

My teaching style combines real world examples with Socratic questioning to not only learn the science based concepts but also why these concepts are important in life.
