"I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Broadfield Social Studies Education from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, along with two advanced degrees from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota: a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Education Administration.

I’m currently completing my 14th year in education. For the past four years, I’ve taught high school courses in history, government, sociology, psychology, and various social studies electives. Prior to that, I spent a decade in a middle school setting, where I taught social studies for four years and served as Lead Teacher for five. In addition to my work in social studies, I’m an experienced academic writer and completed a 130+ page thesis as part of my Ed.S. program.
