"Hello, my name is Viet To. I acquired my Master of Science and teaching credential in Mathematics at the California State University, Long Beach. My studies comprises of extensive math courses and pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics. My experiences in primary and secondary school education nurtured my passion to be part of the education system. I have always felt a positive community. I have great teachers and supportive mentors that have left an impression until this day. Ever since then, I always maintain my best effort and honest dedication to provide a positive contribution to the local community.

As an educator, I have always been committed to enrich and provide quality education experiences to all students, regardless of their background and their diverse intelligences. Through my teaching experiences, I have consistently demonstrated to work effectively with a very diverse classroom population. I taught in team teaching collaborative classrooms and many rigorous academic settings that focus in college preparatory, honors, and accelerated programs. As a mathematics teacher, I utilized a variety of instructional strategies suited to my students' broad array of abilities and learning styles. To maximize my students' learning experiences, I implement lessons and activities that reinforce skills and allow my students to discover concepts.
