"Hi, I'm Jamie! I'm a current college sophomore majoring in Honors History & Public Health with minors in Medical Humanities, Latino/Latin American Studies, and Spanish. As an aspiring history professor, I love helping other people learn. From my past tutoring experiences, I know each student's needs are different, and there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all lesson plan. I focus on your/your child's specific needs and concerns to make learning less of a headache and more engaging.

I have multiple years of experience tutoring and mentoring in various environments and subjects including AP History courses, elementary reading and writing, high school creative writing, piano, and high school/college public speaking. I also have an additional 3 years experience volunteering with elementary age children. I am ready and willing to tutor history (all ages/courses), english & reading (all ages/courses), creative writing (all ages/courses), piano (elementary - intermediate), biology (elementary - basic/introductory university), public speaking (all ages/courses), Spanish (elementary - basic/introductory university), psychology (elementary - AP/IB), and test prep (ACT, AP, & IB). As a high schooler, I took both AP and IB classes, becoming both an AP Scholar with Distinction and an IB Diploma Programme Alumna.
