"Greetings. I am an Industrial Systems Engineering graduate from Texas A&M University. My expertise stems in data analytics, mathematics, and computing. At the moment, my current role involves large-scale enterprise architecture with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure. I additionally serve as a mentor and subject matter expert in both these areas, for both my direct team-mates and my end-users.

I’ve trained colleagues in planning Microsoft SharePoint topology, enrolling and managing devices in Microsoft Intune, and applying identity principles in Microsoft Azure, all while training on general computing, such as walking through navigating Windows, or Linux. My approach emphasizes diagnosing knowledge gaps, modeling the solution once, then shifting to guided practice so learners can execute the workflow on their own.
