"I am a recent Special Education graduate with 8 years teaching at a non-profit education group. I enjoy all ages and teaching a variety of subjects. I incorporate hands-on layered learning to engage the diverse learner.

I believe all children can learn, they may learn through different means. A student is more than a label, but an IEP or 504 gives insight into what tools in my tool box I can use to engage the student.

My degree is in both Gen Ed and Special Ed with an emphasis on Reading instruction. I will take my final test on becoming a Reading Specialist in August.
