"Hi, I’m Michael. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2022 and a Master’s in Biochemistry and Microbiology in 2024. Throughout my time in my undergraduate and graduate years, I learned that what makes a class impactful isn’t just the material but the professors who teach it. I’ve had many professors who have taught me how passion and enthusiasm can encourage students to engage with the material and flourish in their understanding. I try to bring these lessons with me to my tutoring approach and do all that I can to make learning an exciting and impactful experience. I like to use lesson plans to systematically break down significant concepts while exploring them in easily understandable and interesting ways.

While I am new to professional tutoring, I have years of experience tutoring classmates and other fellow students throughout my undergraduate and graduate career, typically in chemistry, biology, and algebra, amongst other subjects.
