"As a dedicated educator, I have over 15 years of experience tutoring Natural Sciences both in person and online, specifically Environmental Science, Botany, Ecology, and Biology. I earned a Ph.D. in Ecosystem Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Colorado. Recently I completed 120 hours of coursework to obtain TEFL certification and look forward as well to tutoring English as a foreign language, including grammar, writing, and conversation. My teaching philosophy emphasizes creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where high school and college students feel motivated to explore and understand complex concepts. By tailoring my approach to each student's learning style, I strive to foster critical thinking and a genuine passion for the sciences and languages.
