"Hi, I'm Laya! I'm a junior at the University of Florida majoring in Biochemistry and Math. I have numerous hours of previous tutoring experience in Algebra I/II, Geometry, Calculus, General Chemistry, and SAT prep. Along with those, I have taken multiple higher level math and chemistry courses so I am well-versed in the topics that students tend to struggle with the most in these subjects.

My specialty with tutoring is helping students learn the content in the simplest terms to better understand the fundamental concepts. This is also vital for succeeding in similar courses and subject area down the line. I have personally always been a very visual learner and, over the years, have taught myself numerous studying/test-taking techniques to help me lock down my understanding of various material.
