"Hello! I’m a certified educator with over a decade of experience teaching and supporting students in grades K–12. I hold teaching licenses in both Michigan and Tennessee, with endorsements in Library Media and English as a Second Language, and I’ve consistently been rated “Highly Effective” in my teaching evaluations since 2016.

I have master’s degrees in Library & Information Science (University of Tennessee) and Linguistics (University of Toronto), along with certifications as a Google Certified Educator (Level 1 & 2). My background includes teaching technology integration, research skills, digital citizenship, coding fundamentals, and English language instruction. I’m fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, which allows me to support diverse learners and families.

In addition to literacy and language support, I tutor math up through Algebra and Geometry. I enjoy helping students strengthen problem-solving strategies, build confidence with concepts, and develop a growth mindset in math.
